30-Day Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.
Return Eligibility
For your item to qualify for a return, it must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Initiating a Return

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send back your package. Please be aware that items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us right away so we can address the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in addition to our 30-day return policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
